We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, with everything in the city within close proximity. The service was impeccable, with room service and housekeeping ensuring our comfort and convenience throughout our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to make us feel welcome. The hotel amenities were top-notch, with a spa & wellness centre, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, jacuzzi, sauna, and a sun terrace. We indulged in the spa treatments and massages, which were truly relaxing and rejuvenating. The breakfast spread was delicious, offering a wide variety of tasty options to start our day off right.

Our romantic escape was great, the location was perfect since we were able to walk everywhere. We enjoyed the nearby restaurants that offered amazing Italian food. The spa was perfect, we loved the cozy warm feeling and the pools were great. The breakfast was amazing, with fruits and Prosecco.
The hotel was mainly filled with seniors, although it was a very quiet and tranquil town. Our shower cabin was very narrow and hard for us to get in even though we didn't have too much weight.

We had a great stay at this hotel - the thermal bath, indoor pool and outdoor pool connection were fantastic. The pool area had different areas like waterfall, massage shower, under water bicycles and bubble bath. We enjoyed the free facilities, especially the pool area being open until late. The hotel staff were always friendly and spoke different languages, making our stay comfortable. Additionally, the location was convenient with good transportation to nearby cities.

We recently went on a romantic getaway and we loved the modern style of the suite we stayed in. The bed was super comfortable, and the extra large shower was perfect for two. We also enjoyed the balcony that offered a beautiful view of the surrounding area. One of the best aspects was the pool area, equipped with both indoor and outdoor pools, and the waterfall feature made it even more relaxing. The location was ideal for us as we wanted to explore the area and this hotel provided easy access to various attractions.
The staff seemed a bit unorganized at times, and on our first evening, we had a bit of a confusing check-in experience, but it was sorted out eventually. We also noticed there was a small window to enter the restaurant for dinner and we were rushed towards the end of our meal. These minor negatives didn't detract much from the overall experience, and we would recommend this hotel for a romantic escape.
